After much searching the lot is chosen. The view from the cliff behind the lot is amazing.
The house fits by 1" and the digging begins. Footings and forms are in waiting for concrete.
The forms are stripped and the floor joists go in. The floor joists are recessed into the concrete to eliminate a step
The first wall goes up after the plywood subfloor is put down. The house is taking shape as the rest of the walls are erected.
